Global Digital Solidarity Fund

Its intervention principle

The DSF intervenes in priority in the least advanced countries, by financing community-based development projects making use of ICTs.

Its fundraising strategy

The DSF is funded through an innovative financing mechanism specifically designed to reduce the digital divide: the “1% digital solidarity principle ”

Our Vision
