The Executive Committee defines the work programme, supervises the activities of the Secretariat and reports on the results to the Foundation Board. It takes decisions for granting credit or financing.

The Executive Committee is composed of:

• Mr John R. Gagain Jr., Vice-President of the Foundation Board, Dominican Republic
• Mrs Nnenna Nwakanma, Vice-President of the Foundation Board, Nigeria, Civil Society
