The Global Digital Solidarity Fund (DSF) mobilizes all partners with a concern for the judicious application of information technologies in development (national and local public authorities, international organizations, private enterprise, civil society).
The DSF is recognized by the majority of stakeholders in the development sphere, be they public administrations, the private sector or civil society, and concludes cooperation agreements with them with a view to building up a pool of quality know-how.
