The Fund mobilises all partners interested in the use of information technologies for development (public authorities, private sector, civil society) and is mainly supported by international networks of cities and local authorities.  For this reason, the Fund is administered by a tripartite Foundation Board, currently in course of formation, comprised of 24 members, representing in equal parts public authorities, the private sector and civil society from all regions of the world.
