The Fund provides subsidies to community-based projects aimed at addressing insolvent demand in order to create new activities, new employment and, in the long term, new markets. Eligible projects include in priority South-South cooperation initiatives (better adapted to field realities and to the needs of populations, and more respectful of local knowledge and contents), as well as projects lead by women’s organisations.
