Becoming a founding member of the Digital Solidarity Fund

The quality of founding member is granted to all public partners (local and national governments) or to private and civil society donors who join the Fund. The founding members are invited to make a voluntary contribution determined in agreement with the Executive Committee of the DSF.

The founding members of the Foundation are members of the Foundation’s Honorary Committee and may participate in the Foundation Board’s proceedings. The position of founding member does not confer ipso facto the right to vote during meetings of the Foundation Board.  The Foundation Board is created by the founding members co-opting additional members.
