Urban Authorities Association of Uganda (UAAU) The then four Municipalities of Kampala, Jinja, Mbale and Masaka founded the UAAU in 1959. The Association soon developed to include Urban Authorities of all categories and now has 80 member Authorities.
Uganda Local Authorities Association (ULAA) The Association was formed purposely to represent and advocate for the constitutional rights and interests of the Local Authorities of Uganda and to act as a negotiating agency, on behalf of all its members.
